Responsibilities

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

  • Developing new business relationships and driving the continued growth of our service division (e.g. breakdowns and installations)
  • Generating and negotiating new income streams to an agreed annual target
  • Identifying and proposing new service/product/business opportunities
  • Actively and successfully managing all new business sales processes - end to end.
  • Maintaining and growing existing sales further
    As our Area Sales Manager this role will give you loads of variety. Alongside that you will get the opportunity to work with great customers and be directly involved in the growth of our business!
    The Person
    If you’re someone with a sales background in the mechanical, industrial or automotive industry, or someone who thrives on sales and bringing in new business opportunities then this role could be for you! Effective sales and negotiation skills will be imperative in this role!
    Ideally you will have similar experience in a service-based industry with hydraulic hose and fittings knowledge!

TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL NEED:

  • Previous experience in account management or business development is advantageous
  • Experience in using a CRM system
  • Effective decision-making skills
  • Ability to actively drive growth and find opportunities
  • Advanced influencing & negotiating skills:
  • High level of interpersonal and relationship building skills
  • Results focused with a very high level of initiative
