Kardex Business Partner Management (BPM) is an independent unit in the Kardex Remstar division that serves end customer markets through business partners as an indirect sales channel. Your tasks Accountability: Develop and expand the Kardex Remstar product portfolio within the assigned territory. Drive growth in bookings and revenue across both New Business and Life Cycle Service. Proactively generate, manage, and monitor the sales pipeline, with a targeted focus on key industry segments. Prepare annual business plans, together with Business Partners, by defining sales targets in alignment with the Regional Business Director, partners, and the company’s overall growth strategy. Ensure accurate forecasting through diligent CRM management and regular, structured feedback from partners. Key Tasks & Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned Business Partners. Build and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with business partners and end customers. Promote Kardex Remstar’s Sales & Life Cycle Service portfolio while also taking into consideration Kardex’s other business units – we act as One Kardex ! Lead direct sales engagements with end customers when strategically required. Support Partners in the full sales cycle: prospecting, opportunity creation, negotiation, and deal closure. Conduct quarterly business reviews and weekly performance check-ins using the company’s tools: Salesforce CRM, Power BI. Prepare offer documents and solution presentations by closely coordinating with the Kardex Solution Design and Sales Support Team. Provide technical and commercial support to partners while participating in project discussions with end customers. Closely coordinate with partners on strategic deals, pricing and customer negotiations. Equip partners with the knowledge, tools, and confidence to sell successfully. Provide trainings on specific topics and follow-up on training programs. Share industry best practices, market insights, and competitive intelligence. Plan co-marketing activities such as events, campaigns, and webinars by coordinating with the Business Partners and Kardex Marketing Team. Work closely with the Regional Business Director to drive the execution of strategic initiatives and ensure delivery of business plan objectives. Collaborate closely with the Project Realization, Lifecycle Service, and Finance departments to ensure effective project execution and financial alignment. Job Requirements Education: A Bachelor’s Degree (B.E) in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering. M.S, MBA and Sales Certificates are a plus. Professional Experience: 2-5 years of sales experience in the Middle East & Africa region. Working in an indirect sales channel is a plus. Proven experience in solution selling of integrated systems, preferably within intralogistics and warehouse automation. Ability to analyze initial data and contribute to effective solution design. Strong business development skills, sound market knowledge, and ability to draft effective business plans. Other: Fluent in English and Arabic; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
