Job Title: Area Manager in EU

Reports To: Global Sales Leader
About the Role:
We seek an accomplished Area Manager to support our operations and drive growth across Europe’s life science consumables market. This role requires a blend of B2B business development expertise, and deep understanding of the European life sciences ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and expand the Area commercial team to achieve aggressive revenue targets
- Develop & execute market penetration strategies for life science consumables (lab equipment, reagents, single-use technologies, etc.)
- Manage key accounts while establishing new partnerships with pharmaceutical companies, CROs/CDMOs, and academic research institutions
- Leverage existing network of European Area enterprise clients (Top 50 accounts preferred)
- Optimize e-commerce platform performance for technical product sales (experience with B2B platforms like Amazon Business, Lab Vantage, or specialized marketplaces advantageous)
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify white space opportunities
- Collaborate with global teams to adapt products/services for EU regulatory requirements
- Deliver accurate sales forecasting and pipeline management using CRM tools
Requirements:
- progressive experience in life science consumables/medical devices specially for East and South Europe
- Demonstrated success in e-commerce platform management for technical products - Strong understanding of IVDR/CE marking processes and EU distribution networks
- Fluent in English (C1+ level) and at least one additional EU languages, Chinese is advantageous
- Bachelor and above degree in Bio, Life, Chem or similar Sciences preferred
