Driving the team to achieve their stipulated targets whilst managing the sales team in the region assigned. Monitoring your team’s performance, analyzing sales data and periodical forecasting. Overall responsible to ensure regional and distributor profitability. Person Specifications Minimum of 5-6 years of experience in handling Mobiles products at a similar capacity. Motivated and target oriented individuals with excellent communication and interpersonal skills who could drive a sales team towards its goals. Experience in distributor management is an added advantage. Proven track record of achieving targets and driving sales growth in a business.
