What you will do Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement regional sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets and KPIs. Team Leadership: Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate a team of field sales representatives. Performance Monitoring: Set individual and team sales quotas, conduct regular performance reviews, and track progress using data and CRM software. Market Analysis: Conduct research to identify emerging market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities within the assigned area. Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts, distributors, and stakeholders to ensure brand awareness and customer satisfaction. Reporting: Prepare and present detailed sales forecasts and reports to senior management. What you bring 5+ years of B2B sales experience in medical devices, hearing aid or similar industries is required. Strong leadership and team management. Bachelor’s degree from recognized university. MBA will be an advantage. Advanced negotiation and closing skills. High level of analytical and problem-solving ability. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and CRM platforms like Salesforce or HubSpot. Travel: Frequent travel within the assigned region is almost always required.
