Job Summary** Responsible for achieving sales targets and expanding the Loan Against Property (LAP) business within the Sikar H&S (Housing & SME) area, leading a team, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines. Job Responsibilities** * Develop and execute strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets for Loan Against Property products in the assigned Sikar H&S territory. * Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales executives, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to optimize their productivity. * Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through various channels, including builder tie-ups, DSA relationships, and direct sourcing. * Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, channel partners, and internal teams. * Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and adapt sales strategies accordingly. * Ensure adherence to all company policies, lending guidelines, and regulatory compliance requirements. * Monitor portfolio quality, manage delinquencies, and implement corrective actions as needed. * Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and business reviews to senior management. * Collaborate with credit, operations, and other internal departments to ensure smooth processing and customer satisfaction. * Resolve customer queries and complaints efficiently and professionally. Job Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. * Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in sales, with at least 2-3 years in a team leadership or managerial role within the financial services industry, specifically in Loan Against Property (LAP). * Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets. * Strong understanding of the LAP product, market dynamics, and regulatory environment. * Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. * Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. * Proficiency in local language (Hindi/Rajasthani) and English. * Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. * Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
