Job Summary The Area Sales Manager for Loan Against Property (LAP) in Trichy H&S will be responsible for driving sales performance, managing a team, and expanding the company's market share within the designated region for secured lending products. Job Responsibilities * Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets for LAP products in the Trichy H&S area. * Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales executives to ensure high performance and adherence to company policies. * Identify and cultivate relationships with key channel partners, builders, real estate agents, and direct customers to generate business leads. * Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay abreast of market trends. * Oversee the entire loan application process, from lead generation and client engagement to documentation, credit appraisal, and disbursal, ensuring efficiency and compliance. * Monitor portfolio quality, manage delinquencies, and implement strategies for recovery where necessary. * Prepare and present regular sales performance reports, forecasts, and market insights to senior management. * Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies related to LAP sales and operations. * Handle customer queries and complaints effectively, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Job Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred. * Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in sales, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial or team lead role within the financial services industry, specifically with exposure to Loan Against Property (LAP). * Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. * Strong understanding of the Trichy H&S market and local real estate dynamics. * Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). * Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. * Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. * Knowledge of lending regulations and compliance standards. * Fluency in Tamil and English is essential.
