As Area Sales Manager - Laundry Central Finland you will be responsible for driving profitable growth and delivering exceptional service to our customers. This role requires a proactive and self-driven individual who thrives on accountability, values collaboration, and consistently sets high standards. You will build and maintain strong customer relationships based on trust and credibility, while applying a structured approach to achieving both short- and long-term business goals. With the opportunity to lead diverse sales projects, this position is ideal for someone eager to make a tangible impact. Residency within the district is preferred, and a home office setup is available.

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for sales for laundry products in Finland. Both customers and Partners
  • Understand and communicate Electrolux Professional Value propositions
  • Maintain / develop a strong network of existing and new customers, both organisations and individuals.
  • Execute new product launches in close collaboration and guidance with the local team.
  • Maintain the highest level of customer focus and ensure industry-leading customer satisfaction for all customers as required. Proactively coordinating with other important functions to attend best value for customer.
  • Continuously develop product knowledge and attain the highest level of knowledge.
  • Create and update business development plans with continuous monitoring of sales effectiveness. GOAL: zero core business loss
  • Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Be a professional colleague and team player, conducting business ethically, responsibly and in accordance to Electrolux Professional corporate guidelines
  • Achieving set sales targets
  • Actively drive and be accountable for assigned projects
