Due to continued growth and success, we are looking to employ a Field Sales Manager to cover the West-region.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:

• Proven history to increase sales targets
• Ability to motivate a team
• The ability to work in a self-directed and organized manner
• 5+ years sales and management experience in the D2D sector
• Excellent administration
• Diligence
• Account management experience
• Experience collaborating with a customer relationship Management system beneficial

Experience:

• Sales: 1 year (required

• Recruitment and selection of field sales reps
• Excellent numerical skills
• Management, mentoring and training of field sales team (10+ Residential sales Reps)
• Driving sales in your region
• Executing incentive plans
• Work closely with the client on staffing and area planning
• System improvements
• Senior point of contact for local client reps
• Run coaching workshops
• Reporting team performance to client
• Attend weekly management meeting on teams’ performance
  This role is full time and will be Monday to Friday 12pm-8pm, the right candidate for this role will receive a competitive salary package with added bonuses and benefits. You will be responsible for driving sales on behalf of some of Ireland’s best-known brands. You will be working in a fast-paced, fast-growing company with an energetic and friendly team environment.
  Residential Sales Experience is desired but not essential.
  Salary DOE.
