Completed commercial or technical training or a corresponding degree
Several years of professional experience in B2B sales, ideally in the field of plastic injection molding or plastic processing
Sound knowledge and understanding of plastic injection molding and the associated manufacturing processes
Experience in the technical sales of products and solutions requiring explanation
An existing network of customers in the plastics industry or experience in managing such customers is an advantage.
Strong customer and sales orientation as well as a good technical understanding
Confident demeanor and convincing communication and negotiation skills
Independent, structured and results-oriented work style
Willingness to travel regularly within the DACH region
Good German and English skills
