As a key player in our team, you’ll take full ownership of your sales and profitability budget, creating and executing your own business plan while collaborating with colleagues to identify new opportunities. Your relationship-building skills will be invaluable as you work alongside the commercial sales team and internal sales developers to secure new business and grow our presence.
With a sharp eye for market trends and competitor activity, you’ll plan your week strategically, making the most of every opportunity. Working closely with your Divisional Trading Manager, you’ll develop actionable strategies and take the lead in regular business reviews with key merchant branches in your area.
We’re looking for someone who’s not just here to maintain—but to innovate. You’ll have the freedom to drive new initiatives, share leads, deliver training, and strengthen partnerships to boost direct-to-site sales. Your entrepreneurial mindset and proactive approach will be key to ensuring a full range of domestic products is stocked in yards, driving profitability for all.
