We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Area Sales Manager to join our growing property management company. The successful candidate will play a key role in attracting and onboarding new landlords, property investors, and developers.   • Proven experience in sales, preferably within property management or real estate
  • Strong understanding of landlord requirements and property management services
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Proficiency in CRM, Property Management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Must have field sales experience within a property management company.
  • Strong understanding of residential and hospitality property management services.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Must be able to work independently
