Role mission: As an Area Sales Representative for North and Central Spain, you will play a key role in: * Driving sales growth in your region. * Enhancing customer satisfaction. You will work closely with our team to contribute to the development of our Vacuum Conveying Division. Key responsibilities: * Sales management: Manage and maximize sales within the assigned geographic area. * Order generation: Drive order generation through proactive sales activities. * Customer engagement: Conduct regular customer visits and identify business opportunities. * Sales documentation: Maintain records of sales activities in the CRM system. * Collaboration: Work closely with application engineers to provide customers with optimal solutions. * Event participation: Take part in company events and trade fairs. * Sales analysis: Analyze and report on regional sales performance. Preferred competencies: * Strong sales skills with a proven track record. * In-depth knowledge of the market and industry trends. * Communication skills: Ability to communicate effectively and build strong relationships. * Optimism and resilience: Ability to maintain a positive attitude and resilience in the face of challenges. * Language skills: Native or fluent Spanish is mandatory, with a good command of English. Experience and education: * University degree in a technical field (preferred majors: Mechanical Engineering, Automation and Robotics, Electronics, Mechatronics or related disciplines). * 3–5 years of experience in a similar sales role.
