Description

Alexander James Recruiting is currently working with a leading supplier of various racking and storage solutions looking to recruit a new Key Account Manager/Area sales person to manage and develop their customer base across the North West. With a competitive package and scope for growth at a leading solutions provider this is a great opportunity for a sales professional with experience of the racking industry or experience of working with builder’s merchants.

REQUIREMENTS

Experience of working within racking & storage previously in a sales capacity is preferred but not essential as is some form of CAD experience. Our client would also consider an individual from another racking background such as projects/installations that is keen to move into a sales/key accounts role. An individual from another background who has experience of working with builders merchants may also be considered though racking & storage experience is highly preferred. The company are also keen on an individual able to drive business forward and in addition to managing the current customer base also push into other areas and larger racking & storage projects. In terms of location you will ideally be situated anywhere across the North West.

Responsibilities
  • Managing a number of key accounts across the North West predominantly in the builders/timbers merchants industry
  • Providing solutions for various racking & shelving products
  • Read and potentially use AutoCAD to understand layout designs for various size racking projects
  • Ensuring project runs smoothly from start to finish
  • Liaising with an internal team and installations to ensure customer’s requirements are being met
