REGIONAL SALES MANAGER (DRIVING AND LOGISTICS RECRUITMENT)

This position covers the East England region and will involve travel across the region. Ideally applicants will be based in central Eastern England (Milton Keynes/ Nottingham/Northampton/ Derby etc) and travel on a weekly basis.
Salary and Package: £40,000 - 50,000 basic salary, Company car, expected annual bonus of £15,000, 25 days annual leave + bank holidays, pension, coverage of fuel costs.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

  • Experience of working as a Regional Manager/ Sales Manager/ Branch Manager/ Business Development Manager within a blue collar temps recruitment agency setting.
  • Experience of leading sales development activity within a recruitment agency.
  • Experience of mentoring, training and developing Recruitment Consultants within a blue collar temps setting.
  • Valid UK driver’s license.
    Working hours and pattern: Our client operate 8am - 5pm Monday to Friday. As this is a regional role, you are expected to travel and there will be anticipated 1 night staying away per week, with 1-2 days offering the opportunity to do some working from home around client meetings and branch visits.

Responsibilities
  • Management of regional sales activity of a virtual branch region across the East of England (York - Norfolk). This will involve area client management, training of sales staff, accompanying branch staff to client development meetings, sales planning and reporting and working in collaboration with other Regional Managers throughout the UK network.
  • Business development within the driving and logistics sector.
  • Travelling to branch locations and client meetings on a weekly basis.
  • Implementing IT process upgrade projects within your region, to ensure that virtual branches run effectively and are fully compliant.
