YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in construction and/or mechanical engineering or commercial training with high technical affinity and willingness to learn
  • Several years of sales experience, relevant know-how in technical project business, ideally in the construction industry
  • Experience in tendering and commissioning of projects in a responsible way (this means that you have commercial and architectural insight, experience in project realization and that you demonstrate ownership in the required cost structure for the project)
  • Commercial and architectural insight
  • Written and spoken English and good PC skills (MS Office, CRM)
  • Strong problem-solving skills
Responsibilities
  • Active participation in the sustainable market development for the VELUX Commercial business division in Romania
  • Presentation of the entire product portfolio to potential customers and decision-makers in the construction and real estate industry.
  • Continuous expansion of the customer base and acquisition of new projects
  • Active customer and project support incl. documentation in the CRM system (C4C)
  • Processing of tenders and planning documents, offer calculation
  • Close cooperation with the sales office and the technical department
  • Overseeing the project realization
  • Participation in industry events and internal meetings, both nationally and internationally
