Experience in the Electro Plating Industry or Surface Treatment Field. Understanding of processes and their maintenance. Skills in troubleshooting and closing complaints. Capability to maintain records of visits and trials. Strong understanding of customer specifications. Value selling attitude with a focus on quantifying customer benefits.
