Pella Windows & Doors by Gunton Corporation, the nation’s largest independent distributor of Pella Windows & Doors, is looking for a hands-on Sales Manager to build, develop, and lead a high-performance in-home sales team. This is a leadership role for someone who thrives on pace, accountability, and big wins, and knows how to coach others to do the same.
