JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Engineer to sell advanced robotic automation systems for loading CNC turning and milling machines. If you have a proven track record in solution-based selling, an entrepreneurial mindset, and the ability to engage with industrial customers at all levels, we want to hear from you!

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • Experience: 5+ years of successful sales experience in B2B capital equipment, industrial automation, robotics, or CNC machinery.
  • Sales Technique: Strong background in consultative and value-based selling strategies.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience selling into manufacturing, metalworking, machinery, or automation industries.
  • Education: Technical or business degree preferred (Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Automation, or related fields).
  • Software Skills: Proficiency with CRM tools, MS Office, and sales analytics.
Responsibilities
  • Prospect & Hunt: Identify and qualify new business opportunities within manufacturing industries, targeting companies that use CNC milling and turning machines.
  • Close Deals: Execute a structured sales process from discovery visits to deal closure, with a strong focus on securing contracts.
  • Develop New Markets: Work aggressively to expand market share and establish relationships with key decision-makers, plant managers, production engineers, and business owners.
  • Customer Engagement: Conduct site visits, product demonstrations, and consultations to understand customer pain points and propose tailored robotic automation solutions.
  • Competitor Analysis: Stay ahead of industry trends and competitors, leveraging insights to refine sales strategies.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust and constantly growing sales pipeline with precise forecasting and reporting.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with technical teams, service engineers, and application specialists to ensure seamless project execution.
