We are seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager – Running to drive profitable growth across our Running category within key specialty and sporting goods accounts. Reporting to the Senior National Account Manager, you will take ownership of your account base—executing seasonal go-to-market strategies, delivering strong commercial outcomes, and elevating brand presence across both in-store and digital environments. Key Responsibilities Manage and grow a portfolio of Running specialty and sporting goods accounts, delivering sales and profit targets Execute seasonal sell-in processes including pre-lines, range presentations, and orderbook management Build and implement joint business plans with key retail partners Analyse sales, margin, and sell-through data to identify growth opportunities and re-order opportunities Drive in-store and online execution excellence to enhance the consumer experience Collaborate cross-functionally with merchandising, marketing, and eCommerce teams Support and execute trade marketing initiatives, activations, and local events Build strong relationships with buyers, store staff, and key stakeholders across accounts Deliver product training and technical education to retail teams Manage forecasting, budgets, and account planning to ensure achievement of seasonal targets About You You are a commercially driven sales professional with a passion for running and the outdoor industry. You thrive in a fast-paced, field-based role, enjoy building relationships, and are confident influencing retail partners to drive performance.
