• Develop and execute a B2B sales strategy (safety and workwear/footwear)
• Utilise industry connections to fast-track market entry and generate immediate business opportunities.
• Provide expert insights on market trends, including certifications, technical specifications, and pricing strategies.
• Manage tenders and proposals for large contracts in the safety/workwear space.
• Travel regularly to meet with distributors, procurement teams, and safety officers, presenting workwear footwear solutions.
• Conduct product training sessions for clients to increase brand loyalty and adoption.
• Monitor competitor activity and regulatory changes, ensuring the company remains competitive and compliant in the safety market.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service.
• Maintain detailed sales forecasts and market reports to inform business strategy.
