We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual, ideally with a passion for holiday homes, to join our commercial team as an Area Sales Manager, initially covering Scotland.

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets within the designated area.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers, ensuring the promotion and sale of our products.
• Identify market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine sales strategies.
• Provide product knowledge and sales training to customers’ staff to enhance their sales capabilities.
• Participate in industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions to represent the company and generate leads.
• Monitor and report on sales performance, market conditions, and customer feedback.
• Collaborate with an industry-leading marketing team to develop effective promotional materials and campaigns.
• Collaborate with the Customer Care team to offer a world-class after-sales service.
• Stay updated on industry developments and trends to ensure knowledge of our product range remains current.
