Job Title: Area Sales Manager –Hardwood Timber Products x2

Industry Sector: Hardwood, Timber, Hardwood Timber, Timber, Timber Importers, Timber Distributors, Shop Fitters, Joinery Contractors, Furniture Manufacturers, Timber Merchants, End Users, Window & Door Manufactures, Kitchen Manufacturers, Fabricators and Saw-Millers, Area Sales Manager, Regional Sales Manager, Business Development Manager, Sales Manager

Areas to be covered:

• Midlands
• London & South East

Remuneration: £40,000 - £50,000 + £6,000 paid quarterly

Benefits: Fully expensed car + benefits package

The role of the Area Sales Manager – Hardwood Timber Products will involve:

• Field sales position selling a range of hardwood timber products
• All of your time will be spent selling to furniture manufacturers, window & door manufacturers, OEM’s, fit-out contractors, timber / wood importers and distributors and merchants
• Turnover target will be determined via your experience
• Good blend of account management and business development
• Can be based in the South East or Midlands

The ideal applicant will be an Area Sales Manager –Hardwood Timber Products with:

• Must have building products field sales experience
• Ideally from a timber, hardwood, joinery, doors sector however not essential
• Ideally sold to manufacturers however open
• Driven, enthusiastic, hungry with a passion for the product and company
• Excellent communication skills with ability to convey technically information
• Computer literate
• Efficient territorial planning skills
