JOB OVERVIEW
As we continue to expand our market presence, we are looking for a dynamic, results-driven Area Sales Manager to join our team, reporting to the Sales Director. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated “hunter” who thrives in a new business environment and has a proven track record in driving growth.
The Area Sales Manager will focus on identifying and securing new business opportunities within the fenestration industry. This role requires a specialist in new business acquisition, a strong emphasis on identifying leads, establishing relationships, and closing high-value deals. You will be driving revenue growth by targeting both regional and national opportunities, whilst developing long-term partnerships with key stakeholders.
Working closely with our internal and external sales teams you will be expected to maintain and grow our key strategic customer accounts, building long term relationships.

New Business Acquisition: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, within the windows, doors, and conservatories sectors.
Lead Generation: Proactively generate high-quality leads through networking, attending industry events, cold calling, and leveraging digital platforms.
Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust sales pipeline process, managing the sales cycle from lead qualification to closing, ensuring timely follow-ups and engagement.
Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities.
Relationship Building: Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in the industry, positioning the company as a trusted supplier of innovative solutions.
Product Knowledge: Maintain deep knowledge of the company’s product range (windows, doors, conservatories) and tailor solutions to meet client needs.
Quoting & Negotiation: Prepare competitive quotes and proposals for clients, negotiating terms, pricing, and timelines to secure profitable contracts.
Reporting: Provide regular reports to senior management on sales progress, market trends, and new business opportunities.
Collaboration: Work closely with the internal teams (e.g., technical, production, customer service) to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.
