Description

Are you a driven sales professional with a passion for building strong customer relationships and delivering results? We’re looking for an Area Sales Manager to join our team and lead the growth of our product portfolio across Scotland . In this role, you’ll be responsible for maximising sales volume across all company products and achieving budgeted targets. You’ll identify and convert opportunities for both core and technical products, driving volume through existing stockists. You’ll also build a strong network of end-users within your territory to strengthen relationships with Merchants and Distributors.

Key Tasks and Duties:

  • Develop new and maintain existing, long term business relationships with end users (end users to include Main Contractors, House Builders and Developers, Sub-contractors such as Ground Workers, Bricklayers, Plasterers and Screeders and Roofing Contractors plus others).
  • Create and maintain a working Journey Plan for designated Sales Area
  • Use the Company CRM system (PSA) to maintain all records of daily Activities and to generate quotes (CDQ’s) for existing customers.
  • Working with the relevant Specification Manager maintain a project pipeline that can be used with Merchants & Distributors.
  • Have a monthly meeting with relevant Specification Manager to discuss projects and customer targets to maximize technical product sales with designated sales area.
  • Where appropriate work with relevant Sales Support Executive to ensure all customers within designated sales area have all the current POS and Literature.
  • Ensure that company standards of performance are achieved at all times, eg call rates & reporting
  • Attend all Unilin UK & Regional Sales Meetings

The KPI’s will be used to measure your performance in line with company expectation
