Description

We are seeking energetic, ambitious Area Sales Managers to drive customer growth and profitability across the Southwest region. This field-based role focuses on winning the hearts, minds, and spend of our customers, with a priority on high-spend and high-potential accounts. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for growing our share of wallet through focused account management, improving account profitability, and building loyalty to West Country Food Service.
Working in close partnership with the Telesales Manager, this role includes joint accountability for account performance, ensuring a seamless and consistent customer experience across sales channels.

ATTRIBUTES/SKILLSET

Sales Experience: Proven track record in a sales role, ideally within the food service or distribution industry.
Customer Relationship Skills: Ability to build strong customer relationships and deliver outstanding service.
Commercial Acumen: Understanding of profitability drivers and an ability to balance revenue growth with cost efficiency.
