Job Description Responsibilities: Achieve company vegetable seeds sales targets through strategic planning and execution Manage market collections and expand market share Develop brand awareness in assigned geographical area Build and maintain relationships with distributors, retailers, and growers Guide and manage Market Development Officers (MDOs) to achieve targets Analyze market needs and customer insights Submit area sales reports and territory performance analysis Participate in demand generation activities Enhance team capabilities in agronomy, sales skills, and customer handling Qualifications Educational Qualification : B.Sc./M.Sc. in Agriculture/Life Science (Botany/Zoology, Soil Science or any other relevant field) Experience: 3-5 years of experience in vegetable seeds sales or any agro-industry.
