Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We have an opportunity to join the CUPRA & SEAT Network Sales Team as an Area Sales Manager on a full-time permanent basis. This is a field-based role covering the South West area.
Reporting into the National Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing the operational performance and strategic alignment of your allocated SEAT & CUPRA Network partners. The role carries responsibility for working closely with Network Partner management at all levels to ensure that their short, medium and long term plans and performance are aligned and integrated with the CUPRA & SEAT UK Brand strategy.
With an expanding portfolio of new products, this role remains central to the CUPRA & SEAT Network Sales team, driving our ambitious sales targets for 2025 and beyond. We’ll be maximising the potential of exciting new models including the Tavascan, Terramar, CUPRA Formentor, BORN VZ and Leon, while continuing to DRIVE LOVE through exceptional customer experiences delivered by our Network Partners.
Momentum also continues with the SEAT brand, led by the SEAT Leon PHEV and soon-to-be-launched refreshed Ibiza and Arona models, marking a strong reignition of SEAT’s presence in the market.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE YOU CAN BRING TO THE ROLE:

  • Proven ability to effectively engage and communicate with a diverse range of stakeholders across retailer businesses and the brand, in various business settings.
  • In-depth understanding of the core processes required to deliver excellence in both new and used car sales.
  • Practical awareness of business financials and internal performance metrics.
  • Skilled in providing valuable operational insights at the retailer level, while identifying areas of risk and opportunity for both the retailer and the brand.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to different stakeholder groups.
  • Excellent influencing and relationship-building capabilities.
  • Clear understanding of sales performance targets and how to drive achievement.
  • Active participation in national sales meetings, contributing to strategic discussions and alignment.
