Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement territory sales strategies for market development and create an annual business plan to achieve set sales expectations
  • Manage, support and service customers in the waste market and obtain regular feedback from the customer
  • Assist in negotiating terms and conditions with customers that form the basis for strong, ongoing relationships and revenue growth
  • Establish and maintain an ongoing relationship with key individuals at customer sites
  • Maintain knowledge of key customers in the market and customer related activities
  • Monitor competitors’ activities in the market in terms of pricing, sales and marketing activities
  • Develop sales leads, prepare quotations, assist in the processing of customer orders
  • Co-operation with national distributors and agents
  • Providing regular reports on sales activities (customer visits, test versions, project lists; in CRM)
  • Organise and support trials in our test centre (Pulheim site, Germany)
  • Provide technical training to customers as required
  • Participate in trade fairs, technical conferences and presentations
