Area Sales Manager - Wholesale
The Area Sales Manager, Wholesale Division is responsible for building and maintaining long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships with assigned accounts. S/he will be the main point of contact for all account matters and is required to understand and collaborate with our internal functions to ensure that customers succeed in achieving revenue and profitability goals.
The Perfect Candidate will be in San Antonio, Houston or Austin, TX

Key Responsibilities

  • Business/ Strategy planning - process of ongoing Masonite/Endura business planning including opportunity evaluation and prioritization, development of strategies and execution of plans. Thinking and planning open and upcoming projects in a way that optimizes productivity, efficiency and effectiveness, while foreseeing and proactively addressing potential obstacles.
  • Coordinating and conducting customer sales & door shop training on Masonite & Endura brands. Field service/repairs with the intent of training customer service and or sales team for future field service.
  • Work with Sales Activation managers to help build down channel relationships and drive market towards Masonite /Endura products and systems. Communicate these opportunities for pull through to our Wholesale dealers.
  • Continued self and coordinated group education on product knowledge and application for Owen’s Corning Door brands. Understanding and be able to train customers & dealers on new & existing products and systems to help build an advisor relationship.
