Key Responsibilities: Drive project sales for Bosch Fire Alarm & Detection Systems. Develop and manage relationships with consultants, PMCs, contractors and key end customers. Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closure. Ensure brand specification with consultants and tracking of upcoming projects. Qualifications Key Requirements: Experience working with Fire Alarm Systems (Bosch or similar premium brands preferred) Proven track record in project-based sales. Bachelor’s degree in engineering / PGDM / MBA - Proven experience 5-10 years in project sales, business development, or a related field. - Strong understanding of the project sales -safety and security industry - Excellent communication and negotiation skills. - Ability to work independently and a good team player. - Result oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Additional Information Customer Relationship & Customer Orientation: Champion in understanding customer needs & customer processes to derive customer strategy and in implementation & execution of customer relationship management.
