Job Responsibilities** * Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets for assigned products and territories. * Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with doctors, pharmacists, chemists, and other key opinion leaders. * Conduct regular market visits to identify new business opportunities, monitor competitor activities, and gather market intelligence. * Promote and effectively present Piramal Pharma Limited's product portfolio to healthcare professionals, highlighting product benefits and features. * Manage product distribution and ensure optimal stock levels with distributors and retailers. * Organize and participate in medical camps, product launch events, and other promotional activities. * Prepare and submit regular sales reports, market feedback, and expense statements as required. * Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and therapeutic areas. * Adhere to company policies, ethical guidelines, and regulatory requirements. Job Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Science, or a related field. * 1-3 years of proven experience in pharmaceutical sales, preferably in a similar role. * Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical market and sales dynamics. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. * Ability to build rapport and influence key stakeholders. * Results-oriented with a strong track record of achieving sales targets. * Proficiency in local language and English (written and spoken). * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory. * Valid driver's license and own conveyance (preferred).
