Job Responsibilities** * Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and objectives for the designated territory. * Promote and sell Piramal Pharma's product portfolio to healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and hospital administrators. * Conduct regular visits to chemists, stockists, and other distribution channels to ensure product availability and optimal inventory levels. * Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base within the assigned area. * Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to provide valuable insights to the sales and marketing teams. * Organize and conduct product presentations, medical camps, and other promotional activities. * Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market information. * Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, medical affairs, and supply chain, to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction. * Manage outstanding payments and ensure timely collection from distributors and retailers. * Adhere to all company policies, ethical guidelines, and regulatory requirements. Job Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Science, or a related field. * Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, preferably in a similar role. * Proven track record of achieving sales targets. * Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. * Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical market and product knowledge. * Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders. * Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently. * Proficiency in local language and English. * Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
