Area Sales Representative - Italy
Location: Remote (home-based) - Milan / Northern Italy based
Salary: 60.000€ OTE

A global company which designs, manufactures and sells specialist products, currently expanding their direct sales force in Northern Italy (Lombardy and Veneto) in cities such as Milan, Brescia, Monza, Venezia, Verona, Vicenza, etc.
Main duties:
Establish and maintain sales levels against set company targets, develop sales & distribution channels in the North of Italy
The role:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve territory sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential clients
- Present products and services to prospective clients, highlighting their benefits and value
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts
- Track sales metrics and prepare regular reports for management
- Collaborate with different departments to implement campaigns and initiatives
- Attend networking opportunities to promote brand, products and offerings
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and retention
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities and market conditions
The candidate:
- Fluent in Italian and English (written & verbal)
- Proven experience in field or direct sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
- Willingness to travel within the territory as needed
- EU driving licence holder
The salary:
Approx. 50.000€ plus 10.000€ in commission
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to €60,000.00 per year
