We’re now looking for a motivated Sales Representative to join our team and help grow our customer base and maintain excellent client relationships.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience in sales, ideally in the construction or plant hire industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated.
• Knowledge of plant equipment and construction site operations (desirable but not essential).
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally.

ROLE OVERVIEW

As our Sales Representative, you’ll be the face of our company to new and existing clients. Your role is to drive growth through outbound sales, client visits, and excellent service delivery.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the construction and landscaping sectors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Provide quotes, negotiate pricing, and close deals.
• Promote the benefits of our plant hire services and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Keep track of leads, sales activity, and customer feedback.
• Work closely with the operations team to ensure timely and accurate equipment delivery.
