We are looking for an Area Service Manager for the Triveneto Region: Key Responsibilities: Coordinate all the service activities with local technical organizations; Responsible for data elaboration, consolidation and analysis with QM, to provide monthly reporting to Customers; Continuous review and definition of improvements in After sales service processes; Acquire deep knowledge of existing service agreements (customer’s service contracts) and support the preparation phase accordingly to Epta’s policy; Manage recall campaigns in coordination with quality/non-conformity and service organizations; Manage preventive and actual cost analysis (with detail of materials, labor or outside subcontractors) for all service activities; Scout new external providers (subcontractors), negotiate the rates and SLA; Manage of the subcontractors by verifying the SLA, costs, overdues, certification and documentations). Requirements: Professional experience in the role or similar of at least 4 years; Management experience: preferably in multinational context, with similar dimensions, managing similar activities; Languages: English and second Language; Highest Education Level: Engineering Degree.
