We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Area Service Managers to join our dynamic team in Mascot, NSW . The successful candidate will be responsible for leading Service Supervisors towards achieving our Service Operations targets and objectives. You’ll be at the forefront of driving our service business, ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction, service delivery, and operational efficiency within your area.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational performance and customer satisfaction within your area
  • Lead the Service Team both functionally and disciplinarily
  • Monitor and analyse sales results, coordinating sales and retention targets to secure the portfolio with your area
  • Secure and extend the existing maintenance portfolio, ensuring pricing and profitability
  • Develop personnel, ensuring their motivation, continuous development, and achievement of regional targets
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies
  • Ensure maintenance dates are met and customers are informed in advance
  • Organise emergency services accurately, including rosters and coverage
