Job Description We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and creatively driven manager with a refined aesthetic and strong understanding of luxury brand standards to lead social media execution and support creative asset development across three Auberge Collection properties in California: Stanly Ranch, Solage, and The Inn at Mattei's Tavern, including Bear restaurant at Stanly Ranch. This role is responsible for bringing each property’s distinct identity to life through elevated, on-brand content and storytelling across social platforms. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong creative instincts, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to execute within established brand guidelines while maintaining a fresh and compelling point of view. In addition to social media management, this role will support broader creative needs, including marketing collateral and asset development, ensuring consistency and quality across all guest-facing touchpoints. Qualifications 5-7 years managing social media, marketing or creative marketing experience. Strong experience managing social media for luxury, lifestyle, or hospitality brands. Exceptional visual eye and understanding of luxury aesthetic, with strong attention to detail. Strong copywriting skills with the ability to adapt tone across brands. Experience shooting and editing content (photo and video). Experience developing marketing collateral, with focus on layout, typography, and visual composition within established brand guidelines. Proficiency in Canva; familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite preferred. Highly organized and able to manage multiple properties and priorities simultaneously. Comfortable working independently while collaborating closely with a broader team. Hybrid / remote role with expectation to travel to property quarterly for content shoots.
