As a plumbing Area Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing teams, quality control, problem solving, safety enforcement, reporting and documentation to ensure work is performed to the highest standards. THE EXPERIENCE WE’D LOVE TO SEE:

  • Plumbing experience with ten years or more hands-on experience, preferably with a journeyman or master plumber certification
  • Supervisory experience managing teams, assigning tasks, and overseeing plumbing projects
  • Familiarity with local and national plumbing codes to ensure compliance
  • Project management experience in scheduling, budgeting and coordinating with other team members
  • Problem solving abilities to troubleshoot plumbing issues and implement effective solutions
  • Experience enforcing safety protocols and maintaining high-quality standards
