Area Support Manager – Retail Operations

Salary – €45,000 - €55,000 per annum, Depending on Experience
We are excited to be adding an Area Support Manager on a full time, permanent basis supporting our leading brands, The Butler’s Pantry, The Natural Bakery and Cool Hand Coffee Roasters.
You will be responsible for supporting and leading the daily operations of a number of retail managers and their stores across 3 brands. You will develop talent and exceed commercial targets across all stores.

Key duties

• Lead, coach, and support a team of professional store managers, including rosters & timesheets etc
• Drive business performance
• Ensure operational excellence and a consistent customer experience across all stores
• Manage costs, optimise stock levels, and implement strategic sales initiatives
• Responsible for sales, margins, wastage for all stores
• Foster a strong team culture with a focus on development, succession, and collaboration
• Ensure full compliance with all legal and company standards through regular audits and visits
• Act as a key link between stores, production, senior management, and head office

We are looking for

• 2+ years’ management experience in a similar, multi-site role
• Full, clean driving licence with at least 2 years’ driving experience - Would need have own vehicle
• Strong knowledge of forecasting, planning, and business development
• Proven track record in managing diverse teams and delivering commercial results
