As Area VP, you’ll be charged with steering three Marriott franchise properties—from pre‑launch planning through operational execution and continuous performance improvement. Reporting to Bennett Hospitality ownership, you’ll ensure excellence across branding, finance, and operations.
Key Responsibilities

CANDIDATE PROFILE & QUALIFICATIONS

Education: Bachelor’s (Hospitality, Business), MBA preferred.
Experience:
· 10+ years in senior leadership roles, with multi-property hotel oversight and P&L accountability.
· Proven pre-opening experience managing new-build or significant conversion projects.
Skills:
· Demonstrated cross‑functional leadership across operations, sales, finance, HR.
· Strong financial acumen with P&L management expertise.
· Excellent management skills—bridging ownership expectations and brand guidelines.
· Effective communicator, strategic planner, and change agent.
