Description
Identify and qualify new sales opportunities for Arena's PLM and QMS solutions Prospect into whitespace accounts and engage senior-level decision makers, positioning the value of cloud-native PLM for fast-paced product development environments Consult with prospects to uncover business challenges and align Arena's solutions to their needs Research and understand the internal business processes of potential clients, especially in regulated industries like medical devices, electronics, and aerospace Demonstrate the value of Arena through outreach activities (phone calls, email, LinkedIn, and other social platforms) Advance opportunities through the sales cycle and prepare prospects for deeper engagement with Arena sales executives Nurture early-stage leads until they are ready to be handed off to a sales executive Maintain operational excellence by using tools like SalesLoft and Salesforce to track activity, update records, and manage follow-ups Strong written and verbal communication skills Basic understanding of business operations and SaaS sales principles Phone outreach and cold calling experience Prior exposure to sales, telemarketing, or customer-facing roles
