Description:
Precision Security Team is a veteran-owned and operated company proudly serving northern Colorado and surrounding areas. Since our establishment in 2018, we have experienced remarkable growth, earning the trust of local government agencies, schools, critical infrastructure sites, event organizers, and more. Based in the region stretching from Denver, CO, to Cheyenne, WY, we are committed to excellence in security services.
We take pride in hiring veterans, former law enforcement personnel, and first responders and strongly encourage individuals with such backgrounds to apply. However, we are equally committed to fostering an inclusive and diverse workplace. Precision Security Team is an equal-opportunity employer, and all candidates are evaluated based on their qualifications, without discrimination or bias.
As an Unarmed Security Officer at Precision Security Team, you will play a key role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for the public at your assigned location. Your responsibilities will include addressing security concerns and handling requests as needed to ensure the safety and satisfaction of clients and the community.
Every Security Officer at Precision Security Team is entrusted with delivering an exceptional experience for our clients while safeguarding their interests. It is essential to uphold the company’s professional image at all times—whether interacting with clients, the public, or law enforcement.
As a member of our team, you are expected to embody and demonstrate Precision Security Team’s core values and code of conduct in all aspects of your work.
We are actively seeking to fill this position as soon as possible; however, our priority is finding the right candidate—not just the first available one. We are committed to hiring an individual who aligns with our standards, values, and expectations, and who is prepared to take on the responsibilities of this role with professionalism and dedication.
We are looking for someone to work 2:00 pm-10:00 pm Monday through Friday for a total for 40 hours per week. Please do not apply if this does not work with your availability.
Because of the significant time and training we dedicate to preparing you for success in this role, we ask for a minimum commitment of six months. While you will not be entering into a written contract, accepting this position represents your commitment to remain in your role for at least that period. This timeframe ensures that the investment we make in your training, onboarding, and development is mutually beneficial, and that you have the opportunity to fully apply your skills in a meaningful way. To be considered for internal transfers or promotions, employees must first demonstrate consistent, satisfactory performance in their current role. This approach allows time to build essential skills, contribute to your team, and become familiar with our company culture before advancing.
We highly encourage applications from military veterans and former law enforcement professionals, recognizing the valuable skills and discipline they bring to our team.
