WHAT YOU’LL DO * Deliver exceptional service to clients, customers, and the public * Patrol, monitor, and inspect assigned facilities to ensure safety and security * Enforce site rules, regulations, and company policies * Respond promptly to incidents, gather accurate information, and complete detailed reports * Handle emergency situations and coordinate with law enforcement or emergency personnel when needed * Follow all post orders and supervisor instructions with professionalism WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR * Valid BSIS Guard Card (Required) * Valid BSIS Exposed Firearm Permit (Required) * Minimum 3 years of armed security experience * Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record * High school diploma or GED equivalent * Strong communication and decision-making skills * Ability to stay calm and professional under pressure * Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varied shifts SCHEDULE & PAY * 8-hour shifts * Full-time and part-time opportunities available * Competitive pay (discussed during interview)  BENEFITS * 401(k) retirement plan * Health insurance * Opportunities for growth and advancement LOCATION REQUIREMENTS * Must be able to commute to Santa Ana,CA * Must be willing to relocate before starting work (if applicable)
