One size does not fit all. We focus on developing our organizational infrastructure and working closely with our client partners to develop a security program to meet each individual client’s requirements and needs.

PAY RATE: $23-$24HR

We are seeking officers who are ready to break the common misconception of what we provide and can align themselves with our vision.
The scope of work and required duties are outlined as follows and vary by site:
1- Provide security presence in a financial institution setting working closely with bank managers and employees.
2- Patrol designated areas according to assigned schedule. Observe and report activity while on duty.
3- Visitor and guest access control at business locations as needed.
4- Prepare and send hourly and/or daily legible security reports using assigned smart phones and tablets.
5- Security officers with a valid and active driver’s license may be asked to operate company vehicles at various locations as part of their scope of work.
Once assigned, security officers are expected to complete the assigned shift. Call offs or unexpected absences are not acceptable and will result in immediate termination from the team. As needed security officers are essential to maintain continuity of operations or assist with special event / emergency requests. As needed security officers are some of the first employees we consider for full-time opportunities as they arise.
Security officers are expected to be punctual, courteous, professional in appearance, and adhere to the guidelines of the assigned site and chain of command.

What Will You Need as a Level 2 Security Officer at Bizaan Security?

• High School Diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate)
• Current Non-Commissioned Security Officer license in hand issued by the Texas Department of Public Safety
• Must be a minimum of 18 years of age
• Must be able to successfully pass a criminal background screening & drug screening
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Must have a reliable method of communication and transportation
• Applicants must be able to handle themselves professionally in a social setting and/or resident community
• Applicants must be able to handle difficult situations professionally and be willing to work with supervisors when necessary
• Ability to utilize android phones, data entry software, printer/scanner/copier/fax

What Will You Need as a Level 3 Security Officer at Bizaan Security?

• Same requirements as a Level 2 security officer
• Current Commissioned Security Officer license in hand issued by the Texas Department of Public Safety
• Possess a ballistic vest that you can wear on duty
• Possess a working, clean firearm that meets state requirements (i.e., 9mm / 40 CAL)
• Current CEW training preferred
• Current OC spray training preferred
• Current Baton training preferred
