ARMED SECURITY OFFICER JOB SUMMARY

• 
  An Armed Security Officer performs intermediate protective service work by patrolling assigned areas, responding to security situations and calls for service, generally ensuring security of patients, visitors, and staff, preparing reports, driving or walking to observe and respond to illegal and/or suspicious activities, maintaining order, providing assistance to the public, and other security-related services as assigned. Work is performed under the supervision of the Security Supervisor.
