Description
Snoop Investigations & Security is seeking Armed Security Officers to protect and patrol a corporate office building in Schenectady, NY. Officers will be responsible for ensuring a safe environment for employees, visitors, and property. Current Shift Availability We are hiring for the following armed shifts: Wednesday: 1:00 PM – 7:00 PM Thursday: 1:00 PM – 7:00 PM Friday: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM Sunday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM Openings Available: Full-Time Part-Time Per-Diem (as needed) Responsibilities: Patrol premises to prevent and respond to theft, disturbances, or unauthorized access Inspect doors, windows, and gates to ensure security Enforce site policies and safety regulations Monitor for suspicious activity and address security concerns Respond to emergencies and coordinate with police or EMS if needed Document incidents and report facility risks (fire hazards, leaks, etc.) Required Qualifications: Valid New York State Armed Security Guard License Current 8-Hour Annual Refresher Certificate 16-Hour On-the-Job Training Certificate Strong verbal and written communication skills Professional, alert, and reliable Able to stand or patrol for long periods Must pass background check What We Offer: $1,000 Sign-On Bonus (Full-time) Paid Time Off (PTO) Life Insurance Free Uniforms & Training Flexible Scheduling Opportunities for Career Growth Team-oriented environment with expansion across the U.S. Snoop Investigations & Security is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
