ABOUT THE ROLE

We are currently seeking a highly experienced and professional Above Award Armed Security Officer to join our team full-time in Sydney. This dynamic role involves working in a 4x4 Rotating Roster (Monday-Sunday) and across a range of sensitive environments, including schools, aged care facilities, and high-security locations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide armed security services at critical infrastructure, educational, and aged care facilities
• Conduct foot patrols and maintain a safe, secure environment
• Deter suspicious or unlawful activity through high-visibility presence
• Respond to incidents and escalate issues professionally and appropriately
• Provide concise and accurate reports to management
• Communicate effectively with clients, staff, and members of the public
• Maintain a high standard of personal presentation and conduct
• Work flexibly on a rotating roster (Monday to Sunday)
• To be available to work on a 4x4 rotating roster (Monday to Sunday)
