The Role Our Flex officers provide a visual deterrent to theft and violence while ensuring the safety of staff and patrons. This is predominantly a static post focusing on access control and site security at various locations throughout San Diego. Requirements (Non-Negotiable) BSIS Guard Card (Current) BSIS Exposed Firearms Permit (Current) Valid Driver’s License CPR/AED Certification (Required) Reliable transportation and the ability to deploy on short notice. Preferred Experience 1+ year of full-time uniformed security experience. Military, Law Enforcement, or National Guard background strongly preferred. Responsibilities Maintain a commanding professional presence as a visual deterrent. Conduct thorough site patrols and monitor access points. Respond immediately to alarms, fire, or emergency calls. Write detailed, professional incident reports with photo documentation. Strictly adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Compensation & Benefits Pay: $24.00 – $25.00 per hour Job Type: Part-time / On-Call (Transitioning to Full-time as available) Full-Time Benefits: (Available after 90 days of FT status) including 401(k), Health, Dental, Vision, and Flexible Scheduling.
