Armorous is excited to announce a supervisory opening for a highly qualified and motivated individual to join our team. We are hiring an Armed-Operations Supervisor. This role plays a crucial part in upholding the security, professionalism, and client satisfaction we’re known for. Job Title: Operations Supervisor Location: Throughout the Bay Area (Vehicle Provided on Shift) Salary: $70,304 per year (salaried position) Job Type: Full-Time, Salaried Position Details Role: Operations Supervisor Schedule: (4 Days on, 3 Days off - 12 hour shifts) THURSDAY - - - 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM FRIDAY - - - 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM SATURDAY - - - 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM SUNDAY - - - 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM Important: This is not a permanent day-shift position. Operations Supervisors rotate between day and graveyard schedules approximately every three months to support 24/7 operations coverage. Candidates must be comfortable working both shifts. Key Qualifications To qualify for either role, candidates should have: Preferred: Minimum of two years in a Lead or Supervisor role in Security Customer service expertise Current & Valid CA BSIS Guard Card and Firearm Permit Up-to-date BSIS Certifications + 8-Hour Initial Guard Card Course Certificate + 32-Hours of Continuing Education Proven leadership skills, with a commitment to leading by example Outstanding communication and observation abilities Ability to effectively utilize mobile technology on the go Clean driving record and valid Drivers License Key Responsibilities The Operations Supervisors play an essential role in ensuring a safe, professional, and responsive work environment.
